Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Refunds (Defective or Damaged Items Only)
Every item is carefully inspected by our Quality Control team before dispatch to ensure it is free from defects or damage.

- In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
- If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will first attempt to replace or exchange it.
- Refunds are only issued if a replacement or exchange is not possible due to the item being out of stock.
- When eligible, refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- The return postage fee for defective or damaged items will also be refunded.
- Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
- All items must pass inspection before exchanges are approved.
- Exchanges are only available for the same product in different size.
- Exchange requests for different products and colours are not accepted.
- Original item returned at customer's expense.
- If the new product costs more than the original, the difference must be paid by the customer.
